What we offer
We are currently open in Hin Kong with a small Yoga and healing center with classes daily. These include a range of Yoga classes, breathwork sessions and other holistic therapies.
Later in the year we will open a fully equipped gym in Chaloklum and will post progress photos here as we build so watch this space. The gym will have a sauna and steam room and also a roof cafe with a stunning mountain view. We are currently offering special discounted pre opening gym packages but these will be limited to 100 in total.

Grace has been teaching yoga for over nine years, blending wisdom, intuition, and a deep passion for holistic and shamanic well-being. She completed her 200-hour teacher training in Koh Samui and her 300-hour advanced training in India, expanding her practice into meditation, breathwork, and holistic coaching.
Her approach goes beyond the mat — guiding students to align body, mind, and spirit through movement, mindset, and mindfulness. Grace also weaves in shamanic elements, along with sound healing, massage, and energy flow techniques to create deeply transformative and heart-centered experiences.
In every session with Grace, you’ll feel a balance of grounding, flow, and spiritual connection — a sacred space to heal, evolve, and come home to yourself. 💛
